If you want to return your item(s), you have the right to report your order for return up to 14 days after receipt of your order. After this notification you have another 14 days to return the item(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.

You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs, but the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. This is a fixed amount of €7.50. These costs will be deducted from the order amount due.
